Yarrow calendula derives it’s reputation from wound healing. It has been used to treat a variety of alimentary affecting the skin as well as infections and fungus. It helps treat diaper rash, wounds, vaginal yeast infections and other skin conditions. It aids in pain reducer and inflammation. It has been used as an aid in treating cancer. 

Chamomile flowers tea- German Chamomile has been known to help with restlessness, digestive issues such as indigestion, nausea or gas, wound healing including ulcers and sores. It’s helps with anxiety relief, help calm skin conditions like eczema, rashes and pink eye. It’s a anti inflammatory and pain relief for conditions like back pain, neuralgia, or arthritis.

Dosage Recommendations take 1-2tablespoons with 8-10oz of water .. depending on the herbs . Some herbs are lighter than others .. so you need more and others are strong so you need less .
